The 2025 Lebanon Valley Kart Track Banquet was a night that perfectly captured what our racing community is all about, competition, camaraderie, and honoring the people who make this sport so special.
As drivers, teams, and families gathered to celebrate the season, the spotlight shined brightly on our 2025 Track Champions. Each champion earned their title through hard work, consistency, and a passion for racing that showed week in and week out. From our youngest classes to our most competitive divisions, this year’s group of champions represents the future and strength of karting at Lebanon Valley. Their dedication on and off the track is something to be proud of, and it was incredible to see them recognized in front of a packed room of supporters.
One of the most meaningful moments of the night was the presentation of the Steven LaRochelle Award. This award carries a deep significance, honoring not just racing ability, but the character, dedication, and spirit that Steven brought to the track every single day. I was truly honored to present this year’s award to Wallbanger Racing, David Dowd.
David embodies everything this award stands for. His passion for racing and commitment to the karting community make him incredibly deserving of this recognition. In a sport built on both competition and connection, David represents the very best of both. Steven’s legacy continues to live on through moments like these. Through the stories, the friendships, and the shared love of racing that fills the room.
As we close the chapter on an unforgettable 2025 season, the excitement for what’s ahead is already building. If this year proved anything, it’s that Lebanon Valley Kart Track is stronger than ever, fueled by an amazing group of racers, teams, and families.
